Sound Familiar?

You Have the Tools. Nobody Taught You to Read Them.

It's not that you're lazy or that you don't care. You put in the effort. You watch your numbers constantly. You have the CGM, the insulin, maybe a pump. And it still feels like a game you can't win.

Here's why. You were handed ratios, or your pump settings were programmed for you. You were taught to count carbs. Then you were sent home to manage a body that changes daily, with a care team you see a few times a year. And those visits never go deeper into what's actually happening.

So diabetes feels random. You react all day. Correct the high, dodge the low, brace for the next surprise. It's draining. It's defeating. And after enough of it, you start to believe you're the problem.

You're not failing. You were never taught a practical way.

Every attempt that didn't work wasn't proof that you're broken. It was proof that instructions aren't understanding.

The difference between surviving T1D and feeling in control is understanding your unique body, your patterns, and how to adjust your tools around them. That's a skill. And skills can be learned.

This Matters

The T1Ds holding 80%+ Time in Range aren't luckier and they aren't trying harder. They understand what their body and their tools are doing.

That understanding is learnable. This is where you learn it.

How This Works

From Guessing to Understanding, Week by Week

This is the process I use in my own body every day and have walked over 150 T1Ds through. You're not adding work to your life. You're finally getting a return on the work you already do.

1
Weeks 1 and 2
You stop guessing.
We start with a full breakdown of your data. What your blood sugar is doing, why, and what your tools are actually doing about it. Whatever you use, Dexcom, Libre, Omnipod, Tandem, or Medtronic, I read your device with you. The first time you look at your own graph and understand it changes everything. That happens in days, not at your next quarterly visit.
2
Weeks 3 and 4
Your foundation makes sense.
We dial in your basal and settings together, and you learn the why behind every number. Basal is the foundation. When it's right, your nights finally make sense, and everything built on top of it starts working.
3
Every Week After
You make the calls.
Now you're deciding in real time. Food, insulin timing, your actual routine. Every week we sit down 1 on 1 and review your data together. What worked, what didn't, and why. You make the call, I give you feedback, and your confidence compounds.
4
The Result
The numbers follow the skill.
No logging apps. No homework binder. No food rules forever, any structure we use is training wheels, not a life sentence. Just the effort you already spend, redirected into a skill that sticks. Time in Range climbing is the receipt. Trusting your own body is the purchase.
Think about your current clock: four short visits a year, four adjustments a year. At that pace, how many years until someone teaches you to do this yourself? Here, you understand what's happening, you trust your decisions, and the skill is yours for life.

Not a Course

You Work With Me. Directly.

This is not a video library. There's no portal of modules to watch alone at midnight. There's no junior coach you get handed to after you sign up.

Every week, it's you and me, looking at your data together. Your questions, your patterns, your life.

And I've had the same graphs you're embarrassed about. There's no scolding here. I live this too.

Because it's just me, I work with a small number of clients at a time. When my spots are full, they're full.

Your Coach

Someone Who Actually Lives This.

You're not getting generic advice from someone who read about diabetes in a textbook. You're getting guidance from someone who manages T1D in his own body, every single day.

T1D Coach · Type 1 Since 2017

I've kept my A1C under 6.0 for 7 years straight. My Time in Range sits between 85 and 92%, with an average glucose around 118 mg/dL. And I've done it both on injections and on a pump.

That matters because the system I teach doesn't depend on any specific technology. It depends on understanding your patterns. Whether you inject or pump, the skill is the same. I've worked 1 on 1 with over 150 Type 1 Diabetics, and I'm a NASM Certified Wellness Coach, Nutrition Coach, and Personal Trainer. But what makes this work is that I've tested everything I teach in my own body first.

Questions Answered

Everything You Need to Know

How much does it cost?+

1 on 1 coaching starts at $2,000, with payment plans available. The strategy call is free. I put the number on this page so nothing is a surprise, and so you can think it through, check your finances, and talk to whoever you decide with before we ever get on a call.

Why is there a call at all? Why can't I just sign up?+

Because I won't take your money before I know I can actually help you. On the call we look at your situation, and if I'm not the right fit, I'll tell you that and point you somewhere better. If we are a fit, I'll invite you to join and ask you to make a decision. Yes and no are both fine answers.

I've tried everything. Why would this be different?+

Everything you've tried handed you rules. Ratios, settings, carb counts. Rules break the moment your body changes. Every attempt that failed was missing the same ingredient. Nobody taught you to read your own body. Instructions aren't understanding. That's the piece this builds.

Will this be more work?+

You already make hundreds of blood sugar decisions a day. This doesn't add to them. It teaches you to get a return on them, until most of those decisions stop feeling like decisions at all.

What makes this different from a doctor's appointment?+

I'm not a doctor and I can't tell you how much insulin to take. What I do is help you understand what your blood sugar is actually doing. Appointments give you general guidelines a few times a year. We work with your real data, your patterns, and your daily decisions, every week.

Do I need a pump or specific technology?+

A CGM is needed. Pump or injections both work. Technology gives you data. Most T1Ds were never taught what to do with it. That's what we fix.

What are your certifications?+

NASM Certified Wellness Coach, Nutrition Coach, and Personal Trainer. But what makes this work is 150+ T1Ds coached 1 on 1 and living this in my own body every day for 8+ years.

What's the time commitment?+

One call to start, then weekly reviews together. In between, you apply it in your normal day. This isn't about adding hours. It's about making the time you already spend on T1D actually count.

Will this actually work for me?+

If you're willing to look at your patterns and make small adjustments, this is exactly what the program builds. Most T1Ds aren't stuck because they're not trying. They're stuck because no one showed them how to read their own data. Individual results vary, and that's why the call comes first.

Imagine T1D Not Running the Show.

You weren't handed a manual. That's exactly why you feel lost. Learn to read your own body, with someone who lives it, and take back the driver's seat.
